Nikita's practice focuses on complex product liability and mass tort litigation, including the defense of manufacturers and distributors of consumer and intermediary goods, electrical products, automotive products, building materials, and safety equipment. Prior to joining Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau, Nikita clerked for Hon. Andrew J. Cohen in the Supreme Court of New York, Bronx County. She was also the President of the South Asian Law Students Association and editor for Law Review at her law school.
