Kelly  Hodges


Kelly is an experienced litigator in the representation of multinational corporations and municipalities in a variety of matters, including product liability, mass torts, municipal defense, and general litigation.

Kelly has served as both national and local counsel defending clients in a wide spectrum of matters in both state and federal courts. She is experienced in all phases of litigation, including initial investigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations, trials, and appellate practice.

Kelly has had extensive jury trial experience and has successfully briefed and argued matters before appellate courts. This has included matters involving asbestos litigation, municipality claims, and allegations arising under the Child Victims Act.
