Kathleen has over 20 years of litigation experience defending Fortune 500 and multinational corporations in commercial and product liability suits as both national coordinating counsel and local counsel overseeing and managing the nationwide defense of mass-tort litigation. She has represented defendants from various industries including cosmetics, luxury goods, chemicals, art, entertainment, equipment, and building materials. She has represented a range of defendants including manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and premises owners. In particular, Kathleen has an extensive background in representing clients in high stakes asbestos and talc litigation, as well as insurance coverage disputes.
Kathleen has hands-on experience in all phases of the litigation process including developing and producing corporate witnesses and fact witnesses, large scale document productions, protective orders, motion practice, trial strategy and appeals, and coordinating nationwide defense strategy. She is skilled in developing case theory, developing cases for trial, conducting factual and legal research, identifying significant discovery and legal issues, negotiating with opposing counsel and achieving favorable results in complex cases.
