Benjamin  Pucci


Ben concentrates his practice in toxic tort litigation and is an experienced and successful litigator who has developed a reputation nationally in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau, he was a member at O'Connell, Tivin, Miller & Burns where he served as national trial, regional and local counsel for several Fortune 500 companies.

Ben's practice includes the defense of complex matters including toxic tort, product liability and personal injury claims. Ben has tried numerous cases to verdict all over the country. In addition to his 13 years of trial experience, Ben has defended and taken hundreds of expert depositions and has extensive knowledge in the development of corporate, historical and scientific witnesses. Ben has a vast expertise of the science and medicine paramount to the defense of clients involved in toxic tort litigation, principally related to asbestos lawsuits.

Outside of the courtroom Ben has represented clients nationally at mediations and court-mandated settlement conferences as well as vigorously representing his client's best interests throughout the entire litigation process. Ben's clients include product manufacturers, component parts manufacturers, premises owners and raw material suppliers. In addition to complex tort litigation, he has represented individuals and corporations in personal injury lawsuits.
