Kylie's practice focuses on complex product liability and mass tort litigation, including the defense of manufacturers and distributors of consumer and intermediary goods, electrical products, automotive products, building materials, and safety equipment. Prior to joining Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau, Kylie worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph W. Oxley in the New Jersey Superior Court. She also served as an editor on the Environmental Law Review while in law school.
