Victoria focuses on complex product liability and mass tort litigation, defending manufacturers and distributors of consumer and industrial goods, electrical products, automotive products, building materials, and safety equipment.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, graduating as an outstanding student, ranking 2nd in her class of 198, and winning the National Second Prize at the 13th Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot Court. She received her Master of Laws from Cornell Law School, where she served as a General Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal.

Before joining Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau, Victoria completed internships at top-tier law firms in China, focusing on cross-border litigation and international arbitration, and worked as a law clerk at a midtown New York firm practicing civil and commercial litigation.
