Nikita's practice focuses on complex product liability and mass tort litigation, including the defense of manufacturers and distributors of consumer and intermediary goods, electrical products, automotive products, building materials, and safety equipment. Prior to joining Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau, Nikita clerked for Hon. Andrew J. Cohen in the Supreme Court of New York, Bronx County. She worked on personal injury, guardianship, Article 78, and labor law matters, while also working on the unsafe buildings calendar for complaints brought by the New York City Department of Buildings.

Nikita is a member of the Small Claims Arbitration Association in New York City Civil Court and has volunteered in resolving numerous small claims cases.

Nikita served as President of the South Asian Law Students Association and editor for Law Review at her law school.
